By combining automated remontage with a specialized “spoon” geometry, this fermenter ensures maximum color and tannin extraction while simplifying the labor-intensive task of pomace discharge. Designed for professional winemakers, it offers a fully integratable solution for automated, consistent cap management.
HELI Rotating Sprinkler: Provides a gentle, uniform soaking of the pomace cap, ensuring balanced extraction and preventing “channeling” during the pump-over process.
Integrated Sieve System: A built-in high-surface sieve effectively separates solids from the liquid, preventing pump clogs and ensuring a clean remontage cycle.
Spoon Bottom Geometry: The unique spoon-shaped base is specifically designed to facilitate the rapid and effortless ejection of pomace after fermentation.
Automation Ready: Can be equipped with advanced control systems to fully automate the timing and frequency of the pump-over cycles.
