Stainless Steel Cutting & Preparation
- Laser cutting of stainless steel sheets, tubes, and profiles
- Processing of large‑format sheets up to 6000 × 2500 mm

Rolling, Bending & Forming
- Circular rolling of stainless steel sheets up to 4000 mm width
- Forming of thick‑wall stainless steel components (up to 10 mm)
- Production of cylindrical and conical shells for tanks and vessels
- Cone rolling with diameters ranging from approximately 70 mm to over 3500 mm
- Heavy forming and pressing operations with forces up to 1500 tons

This combination of forming capabilities enables the manufacture of both small process vessels and very large storage tanks.
Tank, Vessel & Mixer Manufacturing
- Stainless steel tank manufacturing from small process vessels to 300,000‑liter storage tanks
- Fabrication of pressure tanks for food and beverage applications
- Production of tank bottoms and heads with diameters from 500 mm up to 4500 mm
- Manufacturing of large stainless steel mixers (500 liters and above) for viscous and sensitive products
- Assembly of complete tank systems, including integrated stainless steel piping
- Manufacturing of stainless steel tank bodies for tanker semi‑trailers (excluding chassis)
All tanks and mixers are produced based on customer specifications, process requirements, and applicable standards.
Machining & Mechanical Processing
- CNC and conventional machining of stainless steel components
- Turning of parts up to 1850 mm in diameter and 1450 mm in height
- Milling of components up to 1200 × 500 × 500 mm
- Precision machining for fittings, flanges, nozzles, and custom assemblies

1. Technical Consultation & RFQ
Initial review of customer specifications, CAD drawings, and process requirements. Focus : Feasibility analysis and preliminary material selection (AISI 304/316L).
2. Engineering & DFM
Technical optimization of the design to ensure structural integrity and cost-efficiency. Focus : Finalizing static calculations, pressure ratings (PED/ASME), and component detailing.
3. Precision Fabrication
Production begins in our ISO-certified facility using laser cutting, rolling, and CNC machining. Focus : Strict adherence to tolerances and high-quality welding standards.
4. Quality Control & Certification
Rigorous testing phase including pressure tests, X-ray weld inspection, and surface RA measurement. Focus : Final documentation, material certificates (3.1), and quality approval.
5. Strategic Logistics
Preparation for global transit, including sectional packing for oversized vessels. Focus :Export-grade bracing and coordination of specialized transport (Land/Sea).
6. Installation & Commissioning
On-site assembly of segmented units and integration of supporting structures. Focus : Final inspection and handover of the operational system.
